I am moving to Ireland in a couple of months for a semester. As it is extremely rainy there all the time, I would like to get a rain jacket and boots. I%26#039;ve had success finding cute boots, but I cannot find any fun, fashionable, patterned, and hooded rain jackets. Ideally it would be knee length. Does anyone have any suggestions for websites with cute rain stuff?
