I%26#039;m trying to decide whether to order regular short Uggs or the Classic Cardy boots (which I would have to get off ebay) - for anyone who has the Classic Cardy boots, are they as warm and waterproof as the traditional uggs? I live in Southwestern Ontario and need something that will stay warm and dry in the snow and rain - also, what would I put on them to keep them from getting water damaged, etc..?

you have to buy the spray to make any uggs water proof
Reply:They aren%26#039;t waterproof, but you can buy waterproofing spray for a few dollars at any drug store. Spray maybe once a year and let them sit for a couple hours. (There will be instructions on the waterproofing can.)
Reply:hell no are they water proff they are the same as the crocheted ones.. u cant wear then wen its raining or in snow or ur toes will get wettt. i only wear mine on nice days
Reply:there not water proof only if you get a certain spray that is for uggs.
