I'm looking for a cute outfit to wear on a rainy day?

I have never pieced an outfit together with rubber rain boots or even a rain jacket.. i%26#039;ll be moving to knoxville tennessee soon and i heard it rains a lot there... sooo.. i really want to take this opportunity to experiment with rainy attire.. please put some outfits together for me to look at... links would greatly be appreciated...

Reply:My daughter just had a %26quot;rainy day%26quot; school day and got the cutest boots from Target, they have ones with polka dots and stripes and even wedgies! And Macy%26#039;s may still be having their sale where they have the cutest patent pea coats. She wore jeans tucked in the boots.
Reply:Boob tube or a push up bra, mini skirt or booty shorts, 6 inch heels, big hooped ear-rings, lots of make-up and a tongue piercing.
