So I seen around my school some girls that wear these one boots -- they look like rain boots because they`re kind of made in that same material, but their sole-part is flat? (if that makes any sense..) I guess its more worn for style than to help not get wet in the rain? If anyone can help me on where i can find a pair please leave details, thank you.
