How to make your boots water proof question?

I have a pair of leather cowboy boots for $120 I love to wear them but I cant wear them in the rain because they have never been treated for water if you have know how to treat leather cowboy boots please let me know or if you have any info on how to that will help too. Thank You.

Go to footlocker and get some waterproof spray it works very well

Reply:Go to any good shoe store and ask for a waterproofing product. Follow the instructions.
Reply:There is a spray that can help protect them.Call your local shoe repair and ask them,they will know.
Reply:They sell water proofer, it%26#039;s in a spray can, in the shoe dept. or shoe stores. All you do is spray it on and let it dry. And, just like that your boots are waterproofed.

Reply:First, you will never be able to fully waterproof them, but you can protect the leather and make it more water resistant.





Buy a leather protector from any shoe store.


Spray each boot heavily so the leather gets soaked by the spray.


Pay special attention to the seams.


Turn the boot over and spray the sole (if it is leather)


While the boot is turned over, also spray around the seam connecting the upper boot to the sole.


Repeat this at least twice and do it every two months.
