What would go better with my new yellow polka dotted dress?

my granny made me a beautifull old fashioned yellow dress with purple and brown polka dots and flowers on it. (its for the prom). I dont know which shoes whould go better: brown leather flat sandels (with socks of course!!) or blue rain boots???

The rain boots, silly. Unless the socks are pink, because then you'd want to show them off with the sandals.

You don't want to look too tacky! And get a picture of yha in it to send to yer dear ole' granny. Yha know she'll show it to all her girlfriends at her Bingo Club!





And hug your grandma for me. They spend a god-aweful amount of time makin' the one-of-a-kind things they make.


Mine's made a lot of things for me. And even if I don't use them. I cherish the thought that they made it for me!!


(Though I do use her dish towels...Their awesome!!!!

Reply:Oh! I think the sandals with socks or the rain boots would be a disaster! I'd go with those big huge UGG boots that everyone is wearing in the middle of summer with a long haired look. Or, possibly a cheetah print, stripper boot that go up to your knees, I think the white socks would offset the dress to much and be too distracting!
