Wat does 6 m mean in shoes online?

so i'm trying to buy some rain boots online and all the sizes are like 6 m, 7 m etc so do the shoes come in men sizes or does the m stand for medium?

Since W stands for wide, I would assume that M stands for medium :)
Reply:Realistically, in women's shoe sizes, "M" indicates a "B" width.

In order to compensate for more narrow feet, women are wearing short fitting shoes. This results/will result in lots of back pain and tired feet. The arch is not resting properly on the shank of the shoe, leaving a space/bridge from the heel to the ball of the foot.





In men's sizes, "M" is closer to a "C" width.
