How can i get the wrinkles off a leather jacket?

i got caught in a rain storm and it wrinkled my jacket up ,any advice? oh plus i had my new timberland boots on ,and the old navy blue jeans i had on(new) well in the rainstorm i got drenched so the dye on the jeans leaked on my boots any idea how to get that dye off, my boots plz help

Reply:I really hate to tell you this. There is no way to take away damage to leather caused by water. You can try using a product that keeps leather supple, and it might help a bit. As for the boots, once the color is in, it is impossible to get out. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. (although, you might try dyeing the boots black to cover the color.
Reply:Get a good non-greasy leather rejuvenator (example at URL below) and cleaner and treat your leather as directed, especially if it's stiff. If it's a suede jacket, you might have done too much damage for it to be good. If it's a smooth leather you stand a good chance of rescuing it. I've treated my bike leathers many times over the years. Note that the treatment might change the color slightly, usually darken it.
