Every where I went I wore a rain coat, rain hat, and rain boots? Oh and had an umbrella
Ladies: Would you ever date me if...?
if you were attractive in it why not?
Reply:Are u trying to tell us that you are so sweet that u melt if you%26#039;re even just touched by water??? lol
If you were that sweet, sure i%26#039;d date ya.
However, if u were just delusional enough to think that you actually needed to wear it some insane reason, then i%26#039;d have to pass... sorry!!!
Reply:Well, first I got to see if it%26#039;s raining
if not then I%26#039;ll have to ask why you wear it
Reply:Yeah, why not ?
Reply:No... that%26#039;s weird.

Next year's fashion trends?
I am a student and. I plan to shop in January when all the prices are slashed but I%26#039;ll have a limited budget and want to buy things that will still be in style next year. What do you think will be in and what will be out? I am very fashion-ignorant (I just realized people are tucking their pants into their boots but these are some of the things I%26#039;ve gathered to be in this season:
Flat-heeled boots, metallic pumps, skinny jeans, UGGs, shooties, rain boots, stretch pants (if worn with long sweaters and UGGs), tights, big long sweaters, plaid jackets...I don%26#039;t really know what else. What should be must-haves and what can I do without? What winter coats are stylish? I don%26#039;t even know.
I appreciate the help!
Next year%26#039;s fashion trends?
bold colours and patterns are really hot for this spring, and tweed anything is the look for spring. I would recommend buying some signature pieces to work with your all year wardrobe, like black boots or flats. Long winter coats are very stylish, the ones that go down to mid thigh. If you get one like a pea coat, make sure its not too too wide because it will one, make you VERY cold, two it may make you look bigger than you appear. I would definitly recommend you buy a nice winter/spring coat because a really nice jacket will bring the outfit together and make it look polished
Reply:for spring everyone is going to be wearing skimmers. these are pants that go a little bit past your knee but not long enough to be kapris. they skim the bottom of your knee. and everyone is going to be wearing designer swim suits
Reply:I predict feminine -lace and soft materials. Anything under that category. The style for the past few years has been very mod; lots of square styled things. even women seem to be enjoying wearing %26quot;male%26quot; clothes.
My prediction is that a feminine trend is on it%26#039;s way. Invest in some long-sleeve laced shirts, or something with bows incorporated into the design. Anything soft and clingy or flowing. Keep your nice dark-wash jeans though -they%26#039;ll match anything and won%26#039;t go out of style any time soon.
Reply:How about you be original and find a style that suits yourself not others.

My friend and I were walking down our street yesterday and we were wondering...?
Where to put our seasonal %26quot;items%26quot; i.e. rain coats, umbrellas, rain boots, snow boots, mittens/gloves, hats (winter ones) and winter coats as well as %26quot;spring%26quot; jackets, etc. in our apartment?
My friend and I were walking down our street yesterday and we were wondering...?
Store them in rubbermaid bins or bags of some sort and put them in a closet or drawer. Then when the time comes that you need them, take the bins out and switch it with the stuff you dont need at that time.
Reply:You could store out-of-season stuff in underbed boxes.
Reply:I pack all my winter stuff into a suitcase during the summer and vice versa for the winter.
You can then store this under your bed if it fits or in a spare room
Reply:hmm... packed away in a closet??
maybe?

Joules Wellies?
I%26#039;m going to Scotland, Ireland, and England for two weeks. I thought buying rain boots would be a good idea, since it%26#039;s wet there most of the time.
I really like the Joules Wellies. And since I ride they would also be good for mucking out stalls and stuff.
I was wondering if they%26#039;re nice and everything, because they%26#039;re $70, and that%26#039;s a good bit for rain boots. So does anyone know if they%26#039;re worth it?
Joules Wellies?
Both the Barn Manager and her daughter have them, and If they can last through cleaning our stalls(they flood) I would say they are.
Reply:Wellies are a good idea, but both of my friends who bought Joules wellies have been very disappointed with them. They have split around the ankles after only a few months of wearing them.
They are not as fun to look at, but I think the best wellies for being around horses, and dealing with the British climate, are %26#039;Hunters%26#039;. Kate Moss wears them! They do come in lots of colours, but no patterns. Check out the link if you%26#039;re interested:

Have a great time over here. You may be lucky, we are due to have some great weather soon!...
Reply:Hunters are cheaper too and really good and Barbours are great and come in loads of colors and patterns.
Reply:I always buy joules wellies I find them fantastic they are brilliant in the Scottish weather I live in Scotland. they keep feet warm and dry and they are long lasting. i have ones with flowers on them and they are very nice and bright. I also ride in them a lot as well. I would recommend them
Reply:Probably not. You could probably just buy some cheap mud boots at Academy, I got mine there for $15.

What kind of clothes should i wear on my trip to london and paris (late dec./early jan.) to keep me warm?
I%26#039;m taking a trip to london and paris in late december/early january, what kind of clothes should i wear due to the weather? I don%26#039;t really hve any idea how the weather is in london and paris in late december/early january. is it REALLY snowy there? should i wear a puffy huge jacket or is a wool peacoat sufficent to keep me warm? should i purchase a pair of rain boots to wear while i%26#039;m waling around london and paris casue all i%26#039;ve got are my converses. or are rain boots too much and converses are enough to protect my feet from the weather. is this jacket, http://store.alloy.com/item.do?categoryI... , good enough to keep me warm in london and paris or is it not thick enough? or should it be more big and warm like this: http://store.delias.com/item.do?category...

Hi from France !
This year in Europe the weather it%26#039;s barely a little cold, to such a point I don%26#039;t started my heaving, not yet.
However, take some duffle coat/ clothes and umbrella, oh !! I forgotten !! Good and hot shoes too ...
Have a nice day and welcome to Europe,
Cat.
Reply:go to yahoo weather .com and look up london and paris for that time of year. my guess is any comfortable leather shoes and any med. weight jacket would do.
Reply:It is not neccesarily cold but it is damp. It is rainy at that time of the year. You want to keep dry, therefore you are warm. Waterproof footwear, waterproof coat. Gloves or mitts. Think of it as a rainy miserable day in autumn, just a bit chillier. Once in a while it will snow (wet snow).
Reply:It%26#039;s cold and wet during those months. Dress in layers. Since you%26#039;re going there for a trip, don%26#039;t carry too much clothes/jackets. Wear a t-shirt, then a sweater or hoodie (with fleece or fuzzy inside), then a light jacket that is waterproof and can block wind. Bring a hat, gloves/mittens, and a scarf just to be on the safe side.
It also depends on where you come from. If you%26#039;re used to colder winters (like Canada), you won%26#039;t feel so cold in London (therefore can dress lighter). But if you%26#039;re from warmer places (like Florida), then you%26#039;ll need to wear more.
